
SPARK began as something I created for myself.
On days when I felt tired, scattered, or spun-out, I needed something simple to return to. Not another system. Not another thing to get right. Just a few touchstones I could come back to when I noticed I’d drifted away from my body, my spark, or what mattered to me.
Over time, SPARK became part of Glow Well Compass - a simple way of finding your bearings again using five directions: North, South, East, West, and Centre.
The Compass gives you a sense of where you are orienting within yourself. SPARK offers a gentle way of moving within that landscape.
Glow Well Compass is based on five directions you can return to at any time:
• North - direction, meaning, carrying your light forward
• South - nourishment, rest, and being supported
• East - curiosity, new beginnings, first light
• West - reflection, truth, choosing yourself
• Centre - coming home to your body and your breath
We don’t move around the Compass in a set order. Different directions support you at different times.

SPARK gives you five simple ways of re-orienting within the Compass:
• Soften - come home to your body (Centre)
• Permission - let yourself be nourished (South)
• Awakening - notice the glimmers (East)
• Rebellion - choose yourself (West)
• Kindling - carry your light forward (North)
You may find yourself returning to one of these more than the others on any given day. There’s no right direction to face. Only the one that feels supportive right now.
SPARK can be useful when:
• you feel disconnected from your body
• your energy feels low or scattered
• you know something needs to shift, but you’re not sure what
• you want a simple way to check in with yourself
• you are curious about coming back to what nourishes you, without a big plan
There's no need to set time aside or “do it properly”: the beautiful simplicity of SPARK is that you can meet it in small moments - one breath, one pause, one question!
