Hello there, my name is Callie Di Nello, founder of Glow Well Compass.
Glow Well Compass grew from many years of working with people who reach a point where their old way of living no longer fits, but their new way hasn’t quite yet taken form or shape.
I work with people - just like you - who have full, curious lives and plenty still to explore in life.
You have ideas, dreams, interests, and a real appetite for life … yet maybe your body, energy, or circumstances have changed, and you are seeking a different way forward now.
That change may have come through health, burnout, creativity, loss, personal growth … or simply the quiet realisation that life needs to be done (or can be lived) differently.
I don’t work to fix you, or push you through a transformation process: only you can do that; only YOU hold that power.
I am here to walk alongside you while things settle, make sense, and gently re-form.

My work is slow by design.
Over time, I’ve learned that insight without integration can feel unsettling rather than supportive. Meaningful - and lasting, beneficial, supportive - change happens when people are held with care before, during, and after moments of insight or transition.
Through Glow Well Compass, I offer reflective one-to-one work, nourishment-led wellbeing programmes, creative and symbolic reflection, group spaces, and retreats. All shaped around real bodies, real energy levels, and real life.
Some people come to find clarity. Some for steadiness. Some because something meaningful has just happened … and they don’t want to rush past it, but wish to explore its real meaning and impact on them and their lives.
We work together to create and shape a life that’s nourished in the ways that matter most to you … designed to suit your body, your energy, and the season you are in.
Nourishment that fits your body, your energy, your season.
I bring together over 25 years of experience within the wellbeing and coaching world, with professional training and lived experience in wellbeing, creativity, and change.
My background includes:
∞ Certified Creative Arts Practitioner (APCCA): working with art-based, symbolic, and reflective approaches to support insight, meaning-making, and gentle integration
∞ Person-centered hypnotherapy training: supporting focused inner work, habit change, and nervous-system-safe exploration
∞ Creative Transformation Coaching (Artella), grounding creative expression in lived change rather than performance or productivity
∞ Integrative wellbeing and gut-health-informed mentoring, including long-term work alongside people navigating bariatric pathways and health-related transitions.
∞ I continue to work with bariatric patient support organisations and community wellbeing initiatives in reflective and psychotherapeutic capacities.

Alongside training and professional experience, my work is shaped by lived reality.
I have navigated breast cancer twice, significant health change, and the ongoing practice of redesigning life around what my body and energy can genuinely support.
That experience has deepened my respect for pacing, autonomy, choice, and compassion - for myself and for the people I work with.
It’s why my work is calm rather than corrective, supportive rather than directive, and designed to be lived with - not completed.
I am especially passionate about retreats and travel experiences that care for the whole arc of change; not just the beautiful moment itself, but what comes before and what happens afterwards.
Alongside my wellbeing work, I collaborate with retreat leaders and individuals to support preparation, integration, and aftercare, helping ensure experiences are nourishing over time, not just inspiring in the moment.
I’m also an ABTA- and ATOL-protected independent travel advisor, offering wellness-led travel support with care, clarity, and protection, so people can focus purely on the experience itself.

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to be ready.
If something here feels familiar, reassuring, or quietly relieving, that’s enough.
You are welcome to explore at your own pace … through the Compass, creative work, gatherings, or simply by reaching out with a gentle question. There’s no rush.
Connection and conversation comes first - and I’m always up for a virtual cuppa and chat!
