gather

being with others ... gently and with care

Some experiences unfold more fully when we are with others.

Gather is where Glow Well Compass offers shared spaces - groups, circles, creative gatherings, and retreats - thoughtfully held, gently paced, and designed to support different rhythms, needs, and ways of being.

These gatherings are created to feel steady, welcoming, and human; spaces where connection can emerge naturally, at a pace that feels right.

ways of gathering

~ all our 'gather' events & retreats are
listed in our calender when announced

groups & circles

~ small, supportive spaces for reflection and connection

These intimate group spaces are for people who value presence, conversation, and shared reflection.

Each circle is:
∞ thoughtfully timed
∞ gently guided
∞ shaped to fit real, lived lives

They offer space for:
∞ connection
∞ shared noticing
∞ being alongside others in a way that feels supportive and spacious

These groups and circles are ideal for those seeking gentle group support, reflective conversation, and meaningful connection.

CreaTEAvity Studio

~ creative gatherings, online and in person

CreaTEAvity Studio is where creativity and companionship meet.

These creative gatherings bring people together through art-based and creative practices, including art journalling, mixed media, slow stitch, mark-making, reflective writing, and creative ritual - always a cup of tea close by!

Some gatherings are seasonal. Some are one-off creative explorations. Some gently echo the SPARK framework or themes of creative reflection.

They are designed as nourishing creative spaces where making, being, and shared presence unfold naturally.
CreaTEAvity Studio gatherings will be offered online and in person, with details shared as each offering takes shape.

retreats

~ nourishing in-person experiences

Retreats within Glow Well Compass are shaped by care for the whole retreat journey ... not just the few days we are away together.

Some retreats are led by me.

Some are collaborative.

Some are supported through thoughtful travel planning or reflective integration.

What matters most is not who leads, but how people are supported before, during, and after the retreat experience.

a nourishment-led approach to retreats

I care deeply about the full arc of change.

In my experience, the most meaningful retreat experiences:
∞ offer thoughtful preparation before arrival
∞ create steady, attentive holding during the retreat
∞ include space for reflection and integration afterwards

This wider support helps retreat experiences settle into everyday life, rather than feeling disconnected once you return home.

Because of this, I often work alongside retreat leaders and facilitators to help shape:
pre-retreat orientation
creative or reflective integration spaces
ethical after-retreat support woven into the overall retreat experience

This support may be offered by me directly, or thoughtfully integrated with trusted collaborators.  What matters is that you feel supported ... all the way through.

how 'gather' spaces are held

All 'gather' offerings are created with care for:
∞ emotional safety
∞ neurodivergent and sensitive nervous systems
∞ choice, pacing, and rest

Silence is welcome. Listening counts. Engagement unfolds in many ways.

You are invited to arrive as you are.

a gentle orientation

You don’t need to take part in everything here.

Some people come for shared reflection. Some for creativity. Some for clarity. Some simply to be with others for a while.

You are most welcome to follow what feels most nourishing right now for you.

for retreat leaders

I also work behind the scenes with retreat leaders who want to offer deeper, more supported retreat experiences, particularly around preparation, integration, and aftercare.

If you are designing a retreat and would like support with reflective, creative, or integration elements, you are warmly invited to get in touch with me.
