Mindscaping is a grounded, experiential way of exploring what’s really going on inside you, and gently reshaping your inner world so you can make your own way forward in life - in a way that fits you, your body, your history, and the season you are in.  

It isn’t about forcing change or fixing yourself; it’s about seeing what’s already there, understanding what your inner world is showing you, and then choosing what you’d like to shift, soften, or open up next.

Mindscaping is a deceptively simple, powerful process that allows you to create a “map” from your own inner world.

You experience this map in 3D - with depth, distance and perspective - and also through time, so you can sense where you have been, where you are now, and where you’d like to head towards.

Mindscaping isn’t hypnotherapy.

You stay fully alert and aware, you are able to talk, ask questions, and reflect as we go through the session.

You’ll naturally become absorbed in the process - the same way you might daydream or get lost watching clouds drift by.

Mindscaping works with metaphor and imagery to help your unconscious mind show you what’s really going on beneath the surface.

You don’t need to be “good at visualising”, either. If you can imagine a place, a path, or a room in your mind, you can enjoy what Mindscaping has to offer you.

Together, we explore your inner landscape and gently reshape it in ways that feel right to you. This may mean clearing obstacles, changing the terrain, creating new paths forward, or restoring parts of your inner world that feel neglected or stuck.

The process is surprisingly empowering - because you don’t just talk about change, you experience yourself making it.

In the session, there's no need to share personal details if you don’t want to.

Mindscaping can be done content-free, using a simple keyword to represent what you wish to work on. Your inner world does the heavy lifting.  

People use Mindscaping for all sorts of things - from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, to working through long-standing patterns, confidence blocks, life transitions, or simply wanting clearer inner direction.  

A session lasts up to an hour and works just as beautifully online as in person. The shifts continue to unfold after the session, so I usually recommend leaving some spaciousness between sessions to let things integrate and take shape.

Mindscaping might be for you if you are feeling a bit stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads and you don’t want another method that tells you what to do.

If you sense there’s something going on beneath the surface - in your body, with your emotions, or your patterns - and want a way to explore that without having to analyse everything to the nth degree, then Mindscaping may well be a good fit.
